This is also our final day of the season before we close until mid-June… so let’s end it the right way.

Huge big up to our badass boss Sarah, who keeps making Le Local… well, Le Local.

Running the show front and back of house, leading the kitchen as Head Chef in what’s still a very male-dominated industry, and somehow keeping the team (mostly) in line — she’s the powerhouse behind the madness.

From early morning deliveries to late night lock-ups, she’s the engine that keeps this place ticking.

Strong women build strong places — and we’re pretty proud of this one. ❤️🔥

From long days and late nights, to packed services, big smiles, teamwork, laughs, problem-solving and pure graft — you’ve absolutely smashed it. The start to the season has been intense, fast-paced and full on… and every single one of you showed up and delivered 👏

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together and so grateful for the energy, commitment and care you put into Le Local every single day. We truly couldn’t do it without you.
