It’s Easter Sunday, and we’re very excited to be serving a proper classic roast — including roast lamb.

This is also our final day of the season before we close until mid-June

Huge big up to our badass boss Sarah, who keeps making Le Local
 well, Le Local.

Running the show front and back of house, leading the kitchen as Head Chef in what’s still a very male-dominated industry, and somehow keeping the team (mostly) in line — she’s the powerhouse behind the madness.

From early morning deliveries to late night lock-ups, she’s the engine that keeps this place ticking.
