Tomorrow evening we’re hosting a Copiña dinner at Jacks Méribel.

The set menu includes Copiña favourites, like chicken tacos and goats cheese churros, and some new dishes that have our mouths watering!

It wouldn’t be a Copiña dinner without cocktails, so there’s a special cocktail menu too 🙌🏻

The night starts at 7pm with a welcome drink and nibbles in the bar, and DJ SiFi on the decks.

We're looking for a Head Chef for Jacks Méribel this winter.
Jacks Méribel is a busy bar and kitchen in the heart of the 3 Valleys — proper food, big volume, good music, even better team.

We need someone who can run a section-tight kitchen, hold standards on a full house, and lead a crew rather than just cook for them.

What's on the table:
• Competitive wage, 3,000€-3,500€, plus a bonus structure
• 45 hrs/week
• Accommodation included, or take the live-out option
• Discounts across all our venues
• Staff events all season
• Ongoing career development

You'll need previous experience and fluent English. A season in the Alps is a bonus, not a requirement.

A season in the Alps is long enough to properly settle in and short enough to still feel like an adventure. Five months of full venues, good music, snow on the walk home and a team that becomes a small family by Christmas.

Head Chef wanted — Jacks Méribel, winter season 2026/27.

Imagine finishing service, stepping outside, and the last chairlift has just gone quiet above you. That's the commute.

We're hiring a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Jacks in Méribel from November through April. You'd own the pass, the team, the ordering and the standards — with the support and structure of a group behind you, not a solo firefight.

The package: competitive wage, bonus structure, 45 hrs/week, accommodation included (or optional if you'd rather live out), discounts in all our venues, staff events, and genuine career development for next season and beyond.

We're after someone who's already done the Head Chef job, speaks fluent English, and wants a winter that's hard work and worth it.
