Hello all, as promised Im giving an update, despite being helped and aided every step of the way, being accused and slandered this is what I woke up to this morning and it has been responded to accordingly. Any one wishing any further information, please do ask and I'll tell you whats been happening in regards to the bar.

This is Amy's dad.
All I can say is good luck with all of that and I am happy as it now clears the way to be unrestrained in allowing all to be aware of the truth of this matter.
I will remind you that your inaction has caused the delays which you through embarrassment are directing blame towards Amy.
The facts are as follows.
All three of you appear to have passport issues and I belive are attempting to gain Spanish residency as it will presently not be granted in France.
You have been refused residency and can't get a visa or carte sejour.
When you and Amy went to complet the sale the notaire refused on these grounds
And informed you that what you where doing was illegal.
You can't therefore have the licence transfered but then tried to get Amy to sign it to someone else. You or your proxy havent completed the course to hold a licence.
You then contacted the lease holder to change the lease so you could negate the notaire.
Amy informed you of all of this and also informed the Maire who is aware of the delay and causes.
Amy informed you her siret had reached its limit and you could no longer open the pub. This was because of al the delays mentioned above. All of which are your fault.
As to compensation all the above Lays that clearly with you and us down to your underhand attempts to negate your ability to proceed with a notaire.
Amy has abided by the agreed document you both signed.
The accounts are exact and free for any to inspect and police Involvement is welcome.
It will serve to highlight your illegal behaviour.
You have been active in undermining Amy's character verbly and on social media whilst hiding your behaviour
You have broken the agreement and Amy will now seek legal recourse to see you vacate the pub and consider the sale void.
I will be informing immigration and the police of your status here and of attempts to negate the law and intimidate Amy.
You are still responsible for any Invoices due.
I will now publicly disclose the truth of this affair and regain Amy's good standing within the community she has served well.
In the intrem the pub must remain closed and you are to inform me as to the earliest date you will vacate.
