If you missed it last week I completed a massive challange to cycle across the Pyrenees in one go. 850km and 18500m total distance and climbing in just 8 days. So many of you have been wonderful in supporting me and giving me encouragement and I can't thank you enough. It kept me going in the toughest days and climbs. I've exceeded my wildest expections in raising funds for the charity that supports Sarah Sargent and other sufferers of MND. I have ridden 820km and climbed almost thirty mountain passes totalling 18200 vertical metres in eight days from The Atlantic the Mediterranean across the Pyrenees. I am so proud to have accomplished this challenge and to have raised so much money for The Motor Neurone Disease Association. Please give generously and thank you for all your support.

Thank you everyone who has donated and PLEASE PLEASE if you have not yet, DO!!!! Every euro and pound makes a difference and is so appreciated and I am really suffering to reach this goal.
Today was another very hard day in the saddle and the pain is starting to take its toll. Icy cold morning with viciously cold fog and wind chilling to the bones. Up and down three mountain climbs with chattering teeth and zero visibility with steep dangerous descents. Then the sun came out suddenly on the last climb and I was wearing all the wrong clothes. Sore bum, tired legs and aching back and feet but raising funds for MMD.makes it worth the suffering.

Completed day three 150km and three massive climbs 4000m+. Very emotional to arrive at Tourmalet. Raise 2000 euros plus so far for Muscular Neurone Disease Research help me reach 3000 euros🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 only another 600km cycling and 12000m to go.

More than seventy guests came to our tasting on the 1st of June. On the 21st we will have live music in Place Carnot, more than twenty wines to try, come and meet the wine makers and eat great Pizzas and great food from Max at MCM traiteur and Merry Cakes.
