I'm a little late in posting this release but for those who have already enjoyed it and for those who have not yet had the chance, I'm hopeful you will get to enjoy one of our Log Cabin Amber Ales very soon. This brew was fermented with American White Oak aged in single malt Scotch Whiskey imparting slight notes of Oak and Smoke in its finish. One to be savored and not rushed. CHEERS!

"Happy Easter" weekend everyone! It's been a long time in the making due to issues now resolved but we've finally bottled our first brew of the year. An Amber Pear Ale, which utilizes a fine Amber Malt combined with Pear Syrup extracted from our own orchard last season. Looking forward to sharing a bottle with all who visit us in France. CHEERS!

Another brew recently enjoyed by our Local and International visitors, is our "Smokehouse Ale". Sometime in coming as I formulated the process. I can honestly assert achieving my goal of offering a finished "Smoke House" brew. It's been compared to drinking a BBQ :) . I hope you all have the opportunity to drop my and savor one :) CHEERS!
