Well Karis it's time. We put our all into giving you our little dream but the time has come to hang up the gloves and close The Yard permanently 😢

Unfortunately as we are all aware, the industry has been in a very tough situation for a while now and does not show any signs of getting better. We tried to soldier on and do what we could to keep the doors open but unfortunately, this is the reality of small business. So I must say to you guys, keep supporting your local businesses whenever you can, they can only survive with your support. Karis has plenty of hard working small businesses that have helped define the town, so be sure to look after them when you can ❤️

We want to thank Karis and all it's people for coming through and having a good time with us, whether it was enjoying our delicious burgers, having a few cheeky pints or enjoying a few jagers with us! We loved every minute spent with you and greatly appreciate you welcoming us into your proud community with open arms.

Just a friendly reminder that today we will open the doors at 18:30 for the bar, unfortunately there will be no Kitchen today as it's our closing day as well and we are trying to clear as much stock as possible until we re open in the new year. Cheers guys 🎄❤️🎇🕺

Merry Christmas from all of us at The Yard. Tomorrow will be our Christmas/Closing party from 18:30. We will then close for the winter period and re open next year. Just a reminder that because we are closing for a bit, we will be clearing stock, so make sure you get in early.

HELLOOOOO Karis 🕺 last weekend open before we close for winter. So today bar opens at 18:30 ready to look after you guys. Then remember, it's one more day open for this year, which will be the 25th for our annual Christmas party and also closing down party as we shut up shop for the winter.

Happy independence day Karis ❤️🇫🇮 Unfortunately closed today, but we will be back tomorrow to go big. Just a heads up as well, this year we will be open every Saturday until our Christmas party on the 25th of December! Then we will close for the winter period until March. So make sure you get in while you can 😋😜

Hellloooooo Karis! It's the end of another crazy week as Christmas sneaks up closer and closer. To help you unwind a bit, The Yard will be open today from 18:30. Means you can can come through from then and enjoy a few cheeky drinks. Unfortunately the kitchen will be closed. But don't hesitate to grab yourself a pizza and bring it in and wash it down with a beer 😘

Dear Karis,

Firstly I'd like to let you guys know that we will be closed today 😞 unfortunately we are still currently dealing with some staffing issues, which will hopefully be sorted ASAP. We will be open tomorrow from 18:30. No kitchen.

Secondly, as you are all well aware of, the industry and let's be real, the economy isn't in the best place at the moment. This has led us to evaluate on how we continue. It would be easy to pull the pin but that's not us. So we will continue to open as much as we can and enjoy hanging with you guys as long as we can.

At this point we are looking at getting through till Christmas and then we will evaluate the situation again and see if we can crack on!

Apologies for the diary entry Karis 😂 but we want to be honest with you guys.
