Today we are celebrating the top-selling, simple yet iconic cocktail.
Whiskey, most often bourbon together with lemon, sugar, bitters and foam - shaken twice and serves with ice creates this classic cocktail that dates back to 1870!
The Whisky sour is one of the all time most sold cocktails in Liberty or Death, so much so that we have bourbon on tap!
Even though our house whisky sour is made with bourbon, a whisky sour can be made with any Whisky.
To mark the day we’ve partnered up with Interbrands, who have an amazing whisky portfolio, to serve you 5 different whisky sours with whiskies from 5 different places in the world.
The recipe will be the same but you can choose your whisky, and maybe find yourself a new favourite whisky!
