BenMas Hotel wishes a very happy new year to its guests, employees and to all Ethiopians all over the world.
We have enjoyed reading your kind words in our suggestion book and comment cards, and have been delighted that quite a few of you even made the effort to share your views with the wider world through social networking sites. We really do appreciate your generous feedback, and it always motivates us to try and think of ways to improve our new hotel further.
Based on our guests priceless comments, we have started a massage service and have also opened a souvenir and gift shop, and we are on the way to open a travel agency and ticketing office the sooner. We will always strive to fulfill our guests needs and we do believe to achieve our vision of being one of the luxurious hotels in the country.
