Fat Fajita has a large dining area that has been well designed incorporating large tables, seating up to 12, as well as intimate seating for two. It is cosy enough to enjoy a quiet meal but can equally double as a party venue as it boasts a new separate mezzanine floor over-looking the main restaurant, perfect for private functions. Friendly staff greet you when arriving and whilst mulling over the menu, all diners are offered a small culinary taste of the delights yet to come. Popular dishes from Nachos, Quesadillas, Burritos, Tacos and the house speciality, The Fat Fajita, to succulent Steaks and Home-made Burgers, flame grilled to give that rustic barbeque flavour, are just a small part of the estensive menu. Vegetarians are also catered for and there are a few of the old favourite British dishes added in there too. A good choice of Desserts are available, the hot Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae has always been a favourite and is a great way to finish your meal. The menu is extensive, reasonably priced and great value for money. You are sure to find something to tickle your taste buds. The Restaurant prides itself on its unique three-tier Fajita Tower which arrives at your table with a mouth-watering aroma and is still sizzling from being freshly cooked. The bottom layer is full of Mexican Rice, Ranch Beans, Guacamole, Salsa and Sour Cream, whilst the middle dish is a hot sizzling plate of onions, peppers and your choice of Char-grilled Steak, Chicken or Prawns. Finally in the top dish are soft flour Tortillas, warmed and ready to fill to make a perfect Fajita. It´s definitely a great way to enjoy a meal and something you will not forget easily. The Fat Fajita stands as a cut above the standard Tex-Mex fare. They offer some unique dishes in addition to the standards and everything they do is done very well. Whether you want a quick bite or a full night out, the Fat Fajita is a good choice. They have a good selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks including, of course, Mexican-style cervezas, served with lime, and margaritas for those who choose to partake. To add to the whole experience, they have a live singer every night followed by Karaoke fun throughout the week. The entertainment starts at 9.30pm and is extremely popular so it is advisable to arrive early to get a table. There are huge TV screens showing music videos throughout the evening and live sports are shown in the background so as not to interrupt your dining experience.
