Brown’s Bar is currently looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team for a few evening hours during September and October. If you are interested and would like further information, please contact Jon on 0034 643 063 076.
We would also like to remind everyone about our annual Coffee Morning in support of Cudeca, our local cancer hospice.
Join us at Brown’s Bar on Friday 25th September from 11:00am until 1:00pm for a fantastic community event supporting a wonderful cause.
Admission is just €5 and includes unlimited tea or coffee and delicious cake. There will also be a raffle, with some great prizes to be won.
Please come along, enjoy a coffee and a chat with friends, and help us support the incredible work carried out by Cudeca.

We are delighted to announce that Ana’s Food For You is now open 7 days a week, offering freshly prepared food, snacks, drinks, and treats every day.

At Brown’s Bar Montemar, we are also open 7 days a week from 1:00pm. Don't forget our popular Prize Bingo every Tuesday and Thursday, with eyes down at 3:00pm.We are pleased to report that our August Charity Raffle raised €350 for Cudeca, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to The Colliery Bar for kindly hosting our afternoon gatherings and charity raffle while Brown’s Bar was closed during August. Your support was greatly appreciated.This month, we are raising funds for Fidelo Animal Rescue Centre in Benalmádena Pueblo. We will also be holding a Coffee Morning for Cudeca Cancer Hospice on Friday 25th September from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Admission is €5, including tea, coffee, and unlimited cake, plus a bumper raffle. Everyone is welcome, please come along and support these wonderful local charities.

Jon, myself, and the entire team would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mark and everyone at the Colliery Bar Montemar for kindly running our charity raffle in aid of Cudeca while we were closed for our summer break. Your support is greatly appreciated.

We are now open every day from 1pm, with our popular Prize Bingo every Tuesday and Thursday, eyes down at 3pm. We also continue to hold our charity raffle,for cudeca.

If you're feeling peckish, we have pork pies, sausage rolls and snacks available, along with greeting cards, wrapping paper and gift bags for sale.

We’re delighted to say that Brown’s Bar Montemar will be reopening on Saturday 22nd August at 1:00pm following our summer break.
Jon, I, and the entire team would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and look forward to welcoming back our regulars, local residents, and holidaymakers for another great season.

Whether you're joining us for a relaxing afternoon drink, catching up with friends, or enjoying the friendly atmosphere that Brown’s Bar is known for, we can’t wait to see you back through the doors.

We’ll also have our popular sausage rolls and pork pies available for sale, perfect for taking home and enjoying at your leisure. In addition, don’t forget to browse our selection of greeting cards for all occasions, making it easy to pick up that special card while visiting the bar.

Hi all jon here, as we enjoy another fantastic summer, the team at Brown's Bar Montemar will soon be taking a well-earned holiday break. The bar will close on Sunday 2nd August and reopen on Saturday 22nd August at 1:00pm. Before we head off, there's still plenty happening at Brown's Bar! We remain open daily from 1:00pm, offering great company, a friendly atmosphere and one of the best spots in Montemar to relax with friends. Don't forget our final Prize Bingo before the holiday break on Thursday 30th July. Seats fill quickly, so make sure you're there by 3:00pm to secure your place and enjoy a fun afternoon with the chance to win some fantastic prizes.

Feeling peckish? We have a selection of sausage rolls, pork pies and freshly filled rolls available daily. You can also browse our range of greeting cards, wrapping paper, bottle bags, gift bags and party banners. Looking for your next holiday read? Visit our popular book-swap library and pick up a book for the beach.
