📒A nice story to share from our Sunday shift today 📖
Truly humbled tonight 🩷
There are times kind people do kind things that often go unseen or unrecognised - but that won’t be the case tonight.
To ‘Big Sean O’ & ‘Murph’ from our hometown of Armagh that threw up a kind tip on the bar today as he was leaving & wished us good luck - thank you. 🙏
Your kind gesture will never ever be forgotten

After a busy week… it’s time to reflect 🤍

When we think back to us boarding the boat ⛴️ to Spain 🇪🇸 18 months ago - we didn’t really know what lay ahead of us.

To see return customers in the cafe this week from last year when we first opened - we are just very grateful to everyone that comes through our doors.

Bit by bit - we try our best to build our little caff & it’s the customers that make that happen.

We have put everything into our little caff since we opened last year so a few days to reflect & rest will be good 🩷

🎢 A Rollercoaster Week 🙈🎢

From busy hot🥵 days in the caff to our electricity exploding ⚡️… it’s been a week 🙈 (Muchas gracias to Daniel’s dad that was able to help us out with electrics 🙏)

However, there is one thing we know. The customers…🩷 thank you so so much to all our lovely customers that have supported us.
Also too the new faces that came along to the caff over the past few weeks too 🙂

The stories we hear… we could write a book one day… 📖
Some customers just bought their new house, others on a solo trip over coming anxiety, parents with their 1st born baby, others that have recently lost loved ones to others out celebrating wedding anniversaries & so on🩷 Whatever path of life you are on - we are just thankful majority enjoy coming to the Freebirds for their breaky, coffee ☕️ and scones!

We are back THIS Wednesday 19th August 🍳

CLOSED - Monday 24th August - Wednesday 2nd September to carry out some maintenance 🧰 before September kicks off 🙂

🏝️ 💛 ITS AUGUST 💛 ☀️ 2026 is flying in! 🙈

2 days off allows us to reflect a little more… & what lovely customers we have had throughout the month of July 🩷

It’s so nice to see returning faces from last summer ☀️ and new faces this year. We are thankful for every customer that has came through our doors so far ☕️

We will be taking Mondays & Tuesdays off during August 💛

Back opened tomorrow from Wednesday to Sunday this week 🥰

Home made scones, fresh coffee ☕️ and breaky options available from 10am!
