🎉 Happy Birthday to our chef! 🎉

Today we're wishing a very Happy Birthday to my brother, who's spent over 20 years in the kitchen at Smithy's, feeding locals, holidaymakers, friends, and family with passion, dedication, and more hard work than most people will ever see.

Unfortunately for him, he had to spend his birthday doing what he does best — working through one of our busiest days of the season! 🍳🔥

As we head into what feels like Season 28, we want to thank him for everything he does and wish him all the happiness, health, and success he deserves.

And before anyone asks... NO, you can't take him home! 😆 The customers love him, the staff need him, and Smithy's wouldn't be the same without him.
