Acapulco 1993-2021 (english version 👇)
Queridos amigos,han pasado muchos años desde que iniciamos la aventura de llevar las riendas de la Cafetería Acapulco allá por el otoño de 1993.Han sido muchas aventuras vividas,muchos recuerdos,muchos amigos de todas las partes del mundo..muchos clientes que con los años se convirtieron en familia.....hemos visto crecer muchas generaciones,a muchos niños y niñas que ya son adolescentes y otros que ya son padres y madres y sobretodo me han visto crecer a mi,desde niño hasta convertirme en padre de dos preciosas hijas..ver crecer santa ponsa con nuevas gentes...historias bonitas,infinitas conversaciones con todos vosotros.miles de risas contando chistes y otras historias de miles de clientes que paraban por primera vez...muchos recuerdos,muchas historias que contar....miles de anécdotas....conversaciones de todo tipo...de música,cine,coches,motos,de trabajo....de política ( jajajaja eso sería como escribir una enciclopedia para contar solo eso)...conversaciones de todo tipo y con todo el mundo...sin olvidar de la estrella de las charlas...el fútbol!!! El Barsa...el Madrid...el Mallorca...La selección...que grandes piques se debatían en el bar...de noche..de día...por la tarde...por la mañana....miles y miles de charlas...que con cariño y respeto siempre nos sacaban lo mejor y lo peor...que si perdía uno el otro se alegraba....y viceversa....grandes momentos vividos ....ver finales de champions con clientes y amigos...ver a españa perder en cuartos...y ver la ganar Eurocopas y un mundial...ver la fórmula uno con Fernando Alonso...MOTOGP...el tenis...con rafa Nadal...muchos deportes y tantos recuerdos....que no caben todos en estas letras....
Recordar en estas líneas a todos nuestros amigos que nos dejaron por el camino..Walter,Fernando,Eli,Mia..mi “abuelo escocés Jhon”....a todos ellos...amigos,clientes,familia....todos ellos siguen viviendo dentro de nosotros....siguen estando presente cada vez que recordamos alguna anécdota suya...alguna historia que alguna vez nos contó,viendo alguna foto o simplemente recordar esos bonitos ratos que pasaban sentados viendo el pueblo pasar...charlando de las cosas de la vida...comentado algún chiste...algo divertido....siempre estarán en nuestro pensamiento cada vez que recordemos alguna historia suya.
El tiempo pasa...y la hora de jubilarse nos llega a todos...incluso a Pepe..mi Padre...es momento de disfrutar del tiempo,de las nietas..de la familia...de uno mismo...y mirar con Alegría,sabiendo que hemos hecho un gran trabajo...que hemos disfrutado de cada Segundo en el bar con todos vosotros....que las risas,los lloros,las alegrías...las emociones...las hemos compartido como si de una gran familia se tratara ...que los clientes de la cafetería Acapulco regentada por Pepe y su familia pueden sentirse orgullos de haber formado parte de esta bonita historia...agradecer a todos los que en su día trabajaron con nosotros en el bar y se llevaron consigo una parte de la historia de donde ya forman parte....a todos...todos....desde españa con su gente de Andalucía,vascos,gallegos,manchegos,catalanes,valencianos,madrileños,leoneses,asturianos,extremeños,cántabros,mallorquines,Irlandeses,escoceses,galeses,ingleses,franceses,belgas,holandeses,alemanes,polacos,italianos,argentinos,uruguayos,chilenos,colombianos,de Marruecos,de la india,de china,de Senegal,de nigeria,de Argelia.. ...y de un sin fin de paises..muchas gracias a todos por compartir estos años.Cafetería Acapulco continuará...espero que así sea...y que la nueva familia que regente el local lo haga por muchos años...y que conserve y haga más grande la leyenda de este Bar de santa ponsa...el futuro puede que nos vuelva a juntar...en santa ponsa o en algún otro lugar...hasta entonces...se han felices,disfruten del tiempo,de la familia,de los amigos...y seguramente el día menos pensando nos volveremos a encontrar....No será una despedida...si no un hasta pronto!!!! Os recordaremos y os querremos siempre!!

Dear friends, many years have passed since we started the adventure of taking the reins of the Acapulco Cafeteria back in the fall of 1993. There have been many adventures, many memories, many friends from all over the world ... many customers who with the years became a family ..... we have seen many generations grow, many boys and girls who are already teenagers and others who are already parents and above all they have seen me grow up, from a child to become the father of two beautiful daughters .. see santa ponsa grow up with new people ... beautiful stories, endless conversations with all of you. Thousands of laughs telling jokes and other stories of thousands of customers who stopped for the first time ... many memories, many stories that tell .... thousands of anecdotes .... conversations of all kinds ... about music, movies, Formula one, Motogp, work .... politics (hahaha that would be like writing an encyclopedia to tell just that). ..conversations of all kinds and with all The world ... without forgetting the star of the talks ... football !!! The Barsa ... the Madrid ... the Mallorca ... The Spanish Team... that great fight were debated in the bar ... at night ... during the day ... in the afternoon ... in the morning. ... thousands and thousands of talks ... that with affection and respect they always brought out the best and the worst ... that if one lost, the other would be happy ... and shame back ... great moments lived ... ..see champions finals with customers and friends ... see Spain lose in the quarterfinals ... and see win Euro Cups and a World Cup ... see Formula One with Fernando Alonso ... MOTOGP ... tennis. ..with Rafael Nadal ... many sports and so many memories .... that not all fit in these letters ...
Remember in these lines all our friends who left us on the way..Walter, Fernando, Eli,Mia,.... my "Scottish grandfather Jhon" .... all of them ... friends, customers , family .... all of them continue to live inside us .... they are still present every time we remember an anecdote of his ... a story that he once told us, looking at a photo or simply remembering those beautiful moments that they spent sitting watching the town go by ... . Talking about the things of life ... commented on a joke ... something funny ... they will always be in our thoughts every time we remember a story of his.
Time passes ... and the time to retire comes to all of us ... even Pepe..my Father ... it is time to enjoy the time, the granddaughters..of the family ... of oneself. ... and look with Joy, knowing that we have done a great job ... that we have enjoyed every second at the bar with all of you ... that the laughter, the tears, the joys ... the emotions ... We have shared them as if it were a big family ... that the customers of the Acapulco cafeteria run by Pepe and his family can feel proud of having been part of this beautiful history ... to thanks everyone who once worked with us in the bar and took with them a part of the history of which they are already a part ... to all ... all ... from Spain with their people of Andalusia, vasconia , Galicians, La Mancha, Catalans, Valencians, Madrilenians, Leonese, Asturian, Extremadura, Cantabrian, Majorcan, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English, French, Belgian, Dutch, German, Polish, Italian, Argentinean, Uruguayan, Chileans, Colombians, Morocco, India, China, Senegal, Nigeria, Algeria ... ... and countless countries ... thank you all for sharing these years. Cafeteria Acapulco will continue .. .I hope that is the case ... and that the new family that runs the place will do it for many years ... and that it preserves and makes the legend of this Bar in Santa Ponsa greater ... the future may return to us. get together ... in santa ponsa or somewhere else ... until then ... they have been happy, enjoy the time, family, friends ... and surely the day I least thought I'm going to meet again ....
