A big hello to all of our friends. After being away for a year we are happy to say that we are coming back to Callao. As from the 25th of June 2013 the New Callao Spirit can be found in the old premises of the Jasmin Lounge just under the Perla Blanca complex. We will be bringing back our menu with a few added dishes, and some fun themed events which will start with our famous mid summer Christmas.

We are having a bit of a do for Ian's 50th birtyhday on the 9th of july here at the callao spirit in callao salvaje, all welcome
