Pack your appetite, we’re heading north up into the Tramuntana, to one of the prettiest corners of the island 🍊

Our friends at have welcomed us into their stone-walled bistro&grill to shake, stir and serve a few cocktails built around our bitter orange aperitif, and the result is rather lovely.

Swipe through the serves, then go find a table. They are open all day, every day.

We didn’t move to Sencelles to rush.

So the Friday Farm Tour & Tasting isn’t really a tour in the brisk, clipboard sense. It’s a couple of hours in our corner of the Pla walking the land, meeting the horses, hearing the messy honest version of how Amargéro and our wines come to be, and then sitting down to taste them properly.

No script. Just us, you, a few good things to drink and the afternoon stretching ahead.

A window into a rural, working farm, open to those who want to have a more authentic connection to the island.

Our horses are bred and trained here in Mallorca, in natural groups with space to move and develop as they should. It’s a long-term approach - from early handling through to the polo field.

On Fridays, we host farm tours and tastings. Expect a guided tour, see how the horses are kept and trained, and spend time with us over a glass of Amargéro, tasting our provisions.

On Sundays, we play training chukkers during our signature aperitif ‘Amargéro Hour’. Join us to taste, to watch, to talk, to settle in for the afternoon watching the sun set behind Tramuntana.

Una ventana a una finca rural en funcionamiento, abierta a quienes buscan una conexión más auténtica con la isla.

Nuestros caballos se crían y entrenan aquí en Mallorca, en grupos naturales con espacio para moverse y desarrollarse como deben. Es un enfoque a largo plazo - desde el manejo inicial hasta el campo de polo.

Los viernes organizamos visitas a la finca con degustación. Incluyen un recorrido guiado, la oportunidad de ver cómo se cuidan y entrenan los caballos, y tiempo para compartir con nosotros una copa de Amargéro mientras probáis nuestras elaboraciones.

Los domingos jugamos chukkers de entrenamiento durante nuestro aperitivo ‘Amargéro Hour’. Ven a probar, a ver, a conversar y a instalarte durante la tarde mientras el sol se pone detrás de la Tramuntana.

A spoonful on toast, stirred through yogurt, alongside sheep’s cheese at the end of a long lunch.

Recorre la tierra, saluda a los caballos y conoce las prácticas regenerativas que dan forma a todo lo que cultivamos y elaboramos aquí. Y termina, como debe ser, en la mesa: con nuestros vinos, vinagres y conservas de la finca.

Every Sunday, we open the gates at the farm to welcome you 🍊

A relaxed aperitivo, centred around Amargéro - our bitter orange aperitif, made from fruit grown on the land and gathered each season.

The horses are out, there’s usually a game of polo and people tend to stay longer than planned.

An easy afternoon, for those who know. Reservations are free but essential. Please book on our website.
