🚨 STORY ALERT! 🚨

Did you know JR’s has been around for nearly 28 years? ❤️

We started out at just half the size we are today, and this photo was taken 26 years ago, when we bought the building next door and knocked through to create one big bar.

Fast forward all these years and we now have two names — JR’s and Country Kitchen — because we want people to know we’re not just a sports bar! We’re also all about amazing, traditional home-cooked food. 🍽️❤️

We don’t do a huge amount of social media because, honestly, our customers who know us, know us! They come back year after year, and over the years so many of those customers have become very good friends. That means more to us than we can put into words. 🥰

Our head chef has been with us for an incredible 23 years, helping us maintain the food standards that our customers know and love.

And then there’s Steph, who has been running the floor for an amazing 24 years! We always joke that she’s now officially the “S” in JR’s! 😂❤️

Nearly 28 years of good food, good times, great memories and some truly amazing people. ❤️
