It’s been a crazy year.
Thankfully, there have been more ups than downs!
I am extremely grateful for ALL the support you have shown The Highlander , me and my family.
I genuinely hope you all had an amazing night! ❤️
A business is only as good as the people who walk through its doors, and you guys have made this first year so worthwhile.
One year down… and as long as you continue to support The Highlander, there will be plenty more to come! 🍀
There are so many people in San Miguel de Salinas who organise events and activities that help keep local businesses like mine going. You give local businesses a much-needed pick-me-up every now and then, and it really does make a difference.
From the Town Hall staff and the police, who make it so much easier to organise events, to the various Ladies’ Lunches, pool and paddle clubs, and so much more — you all play a part in keeping our local community buzzing.
To every single one of you, on behalf of businesses like my own, I appreciate you and I thank you. ❤️
I also want to give a MASSIVE thank you to Chris Kendrick , who organises The Monthly Meals, spreading the love to local businesses throughout San Miguel and who helped organise tonight.
To Leigh Jane Law , thank you for helping me with the Town Hall paperwork and making sure everything is above board.
To Tony Byrne and Vitaliy Sax for keeping your ears entertained and your feet moving.
Julia Malou Aronson , who is my super barmaid, loyal, trustworthy, hard working, loved more than at this point 😆 and always has my back.
And finally, thank you to Shenna, who took care of the food tonight. You smashed it! 👏
