🌞 “Rivington is in such a beautiful spot, well worth the trip, the team there are so friendly, and have really enjoyable beers. We hung out in the taproom, then bounced around a few pubs and drank some Guinness on the canal which was lovely. Really looking forward to getting back there in 2027 for their festival. We’ll be hosting them here at DK in the not too distant future.”

🌸 JP: “The next day was spent at Left Handed Giant brewing our collab, it’s such a cool brewery! We brewed a modern WCIPA with Simcoe, Krush, Motueka Amplifire and Simcoe whole hop flowers. The Simcoe whole hop flowers were Left Handed Giant’s hand selected hops from Coleman Farms & Wyckhoff.”
MJ: “Brew day at LHG was pretty chill, always good to see Hananh and Alex, and meet more of the team, LHG have a really unique setup and their Taproom has to be one of the most impressive around.”

Our selected Simcoe cuts a complex figure, both herbaceous & juicy, while the tropical hues of Krush & orchard sweetness of Rakau add to the structure of the whole piece. There’s a resinous background hum, classic to the style & a distinctive lemon twist from Motueka on the finish.”

🔸 Just Landed: Altitude 🔸 Hazy IPA 🔸 Nectaron, Rakau, Mosaic Cryo, Waimea Fresh Hop Juice 🔸 6,7%

D’un groc intens i tèrbol, amb aromes potents de mango madur, papaia i llima fresca, tant en suc com en pell. El cos és sedós i suau, amb sabors de taronja dolça i suc d’aranja que es transformen cap a un perfil més verd i resinós. Acaba amb una amargor ferma, brillant i persistent, que recorda l’avet.

A thick yellow haze with big aromas of ripe mango, papaya, and fresh lime juice and zest. The body is silky and smooth, carrying flavours of sweet orange and grapefruit juice before shifting into a greener, more resinous edge. It finishes with a firm bitterness reminiscent of spruce, bright and lingering.

De color amarillo intenso y turbio, con aromas potentes de mango maduro, papaya y lima fresca, tanto en zumo como en piel. El cuerpo es sedoso y suave, con sabores de naranja dulce y zumo de pomelo que se transforman hacia un perfil más verde y resinoso. Termina con una amargor firme, brillante y persistente, que recuerda al abeto.

Never Fade ❤️‍🔥 West Coast IPA ❤️‍🔥 Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe (hand-selected) ❤️‍🔥 6.7% ❤️‍🔥

Aromes intenses de pi i resina, amb un rerefons cítric. En boca és lleugera i fresca, amb notes d’herba acabada de tallar combinades amb tocs de pera i albercoc. Acaba neta, amb una amargor de pomelo agradable i persistent.

Strong aromas of pine and resin, with a citrus undertone. On the palate it’s light and crisp, with notes of freshly cut grass layered with hints of pear and apricot. Finishes clean with a pleasant, lingering grapefruit bitterness.

Aromas intensos de pino y resina, con un trasfondo cítrico. En boca es ligera y fresca, con notas de hierba recién cortada combinadas con toques de pera y albaricoque. Termina limpia, con un amargor de pomelo agradable y persistente.
