Two premium vermuts, served the way they’re meant to be enjoyed:

🔴 Costa Blanca Vermut Premium
Made with Monastrell grapes and slowly macerated with 12 botanicals. Served over ice with a dash of soda water and orange.

⚪ Boca Manga Blanco
Made with selected premium grapes and macerated with botanicals, roots and flowers. Served over ice with lemon.

€5 each

Vermut is made for sipping, so 90ml is the traditional kind of serve rather than a full wine-sized pour.

Perfect for a slow afternoon drink. ☀️

Not usually open Saturdays… but I know we’ll fancy some paella (Faith’s style!)

Come down between 6–8pm for a drink, a plate of paella and a relaxed Saturday evening.

€5 a plate — with options of chicken, prawns or garlic & herb bread available for a little extra.

This one is super casual — not our usual full restaurant service, just a relaxed evening where we’ll be eating and having a few drinks with you too! 🍺🍷

No normal food menu this time — just paella, beer, wine and a chilled Saturday evening.

We’re now pouring two fantastic craft beers from Valencia’s Tyris Brewery:

🟠 **Tyris Märzen** – smooth, malty and full of character
🟡 **Tyris Original** – crisp, refreshing and seriously easy to drink

To celebrate their arrival, both beers are available at a special introductory price for a limited time.
