I am heartbroken to share that mine and our, beloved Julie passed away on Wednesday evening.
She was the driving force behind the and me. My partner in business and more importantly my partner in life. She will be missed beyond any words that can be spoken.
Due to this profound loss the bar has been closed for last few days to allow me to process this devastating news. We will be reopening one day next week, but will be operating on a limited basis without food service for the time being.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this incredibly difficult time.

Just to clarify we open at 12pm we close when we have sat in the bar for over 2 hours with no one coming in. Which at the moment is around 7pm. We stay open when we have customers in the bar or know that people will be coming in. It's still very quiet around the port at the moment, but hopefully we will be open later when it is justified. So for the people that have an opinion on this please come & see us rather than putting a comment on another site ! This is not the correct information. Thank you

TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS,
SUNDAY 15TH WILL BE OUR LAST DAY. WE WILL BE TAKING A WELL EARNED BREAK! As upsetting as it may be to some people. But after a hard 11 and a half months we need to recharge our batteries to start all over again. We will be back open in March. Watch this space for the opening date.
