We’re proud to announce that James Lee — former Rustica owner & Head Chef, and Costa Blanca Chef of the Year — is joining the team at The Tavern 👨‍🍳🏆

Known for helping make Rustica one of the coast’s most popular restaurants, this is exciting news for food lovers across the area.

The Tavern will still be The Tavern — keeping the relaxed pub atmosphere and quality food you already know and love 🍔🍻
