People often ask me how I manage to work on two projects in Russia, run a bar and develop new projects here in Spain — all at the same time.

The truth is, I still have the same 24 hours as everyone else.

So how do I do it?

I have delegated most of my operational workload to GPT. And it is no longer just one chat — I have built and trained an entire team of specialised GPT assistants, each responsible for a different area of my work.

Across my two Russian projects, this AI team handles almost everything: analytics, reports, documents, task management, correspondence, marketing, content and preparation for key decisions.

I remain responsible for the strategy, final decisions and Zoom meetings with my managers.

For the bar, I have a dedicated SMM manager who helps me with the content plan, copy, preparation and publication control.

And I want to make one thing very clear: every photograph and video you see on the bar’s social media is real. These are real cocktails made by me. Sometimes we adjust the lighting, colour or contrast — and that is all. I do not use AI-generated cocktails, stock images or someone else’s photographs.

I am also currently working on two new projects here in Spain. I cannot share the details yet, but I will tell you more when the time is right.

What have I learned from all of this?

Artificial intelligence can save an enormous amount of time — but only if you know how to train it, build the right processes and manage it properly.

GPT will not build your business for you.

But a person who knows how to give it the right tasks, control the results and turn different AI tools into a strong working team gains a huge advantage.

The future does not simply belong to artificial intelligence.

It belongs to the people who learn how to manage it better than everyone else. Those are the people who will be able to run more projects, make faster decisions and earn more.
