Firstly a huge thank you to Claire our organiser and who also put together the DJ line up , who blew everyone away .

To our fantastic front of house team , who worked late into the early hours .
Not forgetting our chefs your buffet was fabulous yet again.

Phew! The heat is on so we are trialing a new 'lighter' breakfast option on our menu. Salmon with avocado and feta cheese on toast, topped with a poached egg.
