First of all, I’d like to think Noreen and Teresa for amazing night had by all, I would like to congratulate all the golfers that attended and the prize winners for the achievements this week, but what I really would like to say is this!
Well… after 12 years of pouring pints, hearing your wild stories, laughing until my sides hurt, and pretending I didn’t see you all trying to sneak “just one more” after closing time — my chapter at The Queen Vic in Tenerife has come to an end.
I want to say a massive THANK YOU to all my customers, friends, and partners-in-crime who made the Queen Vic what it was. You turned a little pub into a place full of memories, mischief, and moments I’ll never forget.
To the regulars: thanks for keeping me sane… and occasionally driving me mad.
To the holidaymakers: thanks for reminding me why sunscreen exists.
And to everyone who ever raised a glass with us: you made these years truly special.
I may be leaving the Queen Vic, but the laughs, the friendships, and the questionable karaoke performances will stay with me forever. Please stay in touch — I promise I’ll still talk to you even if I’m not serving your drinks anymore!
Here’s to 12 brilliant years — and to whatever comes next.
