Another Asian dream creation by our talented Head Chef, Leonardo S. Zárate is waiting for you!

A succulent 300–350g sea bass fillet topped with a delicate mushroom and onion duxelles, wrapped in golden, sesame-crusted puff pastry and baked to perfection.

Served on a light, flavourful miso and yuzu foam.

Crispy on the outside, beautifully tender inside – an elegant fusion of Mediterranean freshness and Asian flavours. 🐟✨

Apparently, we’ve got a few complaints… 😬

The food is so good it’s causing awkward silences.
The cocktails are so delicious they are disappearing suspiciously fast.
And people keep coming for dinner and refusing to go home because they can’t stop dancing. 💃

Frankly, it’s becoming a problem. 😂
