Hola a todos los Sausalito adictos, amigos y familia.
Han sido dos años de trabajo duro y amor. Donde tanto los clientes como nosotros hemos crecido y aprendido en un mudo de gastronómico, que cada vez más carece en el sector. Calidad a buen precio y con el mejor trato que sabemos ofrecer.
Un sueño nunca se acaba solo tiene diferentes etapas el Sausalito a sido el principio de algo que quizás vuelva a nacer mejor y con más amor.
Ya no estaremos por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros y diferentes a nuestra forma de trabajar y pensar. Gracias por compartir con nostros momentos mágicos y auténticos, Gracias sin vosotros no sería no habría sido lo mismo, esta claro.
Sólo decir que la esencia sigue viva En El Moli de Vielha. Restaurante que sigue una trayectoria muy buena desde hace años y que ahora más que nunca tiene un sentido más profundo, por lo tanto no saldréis del local si no es con un "volveremos".
