The house is very quiet, isolated from neighbours and has total privacy with beautiful views over a large area of well preserved landscape. Location: On the North side of the Island, in the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja. The house is a typical country construction with lots of character, well renovated, with all facilities including wireless broadband Internet access (Wi-Fi) and adapted to the handicapped. It is situated within a property of 40,000 m2 with centennial olive trees. The house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with bathroom en suite. Frigola room: one double bed
Sabina room: one double bed and Jacuzzi
Cepell room: two single beds
S’Estador Vell apartment of 40 m2 attached to the main house but totally independent. One double bed, sitting room with DTT, DVD and wood burning stove, kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and utensils) and a large bathroom. All of them can accommodate a cot (you will find one at your disposal). Main house:

Kitchen fully equipped, electric oven, vitro ceramic/induction cooktop, gas rings, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge, wine cooler and all necessary kitchenware. Dining room is accessible from the kitchen or directly from outside. Dinner table for 10 persons (includes a baby high chair).

30m2 sitting room, furnished in two different ambiences, wood burning stove, radio CD, DTT, satellite TV and DVD. Swimming pool of saltwater sanitizing system of 8 x 4 m. with a porch to relax, bathroom/changing room, exterior shower and large terrace

Barbeque with porch and playground area. There is also a path along the finca to a traditional well and to a bench from which one can see the fabulous sunset on Benirràs. Two covered parking spaces.
