When glasses are numbered and bottle labels are hidden, wine has only one way to tell its story — through aroma, taste, and finish.🍷

Blind tasting isn’t a game for sommeliers. It’s a way to set aside preconceptions, ignore the price tag, ratings, or grape variety — and simply ask yourself: Do I enjoy this or not?

Suddenly, you might find yourself falling in love with a white wine, even though you were sure you were “only into reds.” Or realizing that a €12 bottle brings you more joy than a far pricier one.

At the wineries we work with, we can organize blind tastings as part of your private tour.

Perfect for both curious beginners and seasoned wine lovers.

The key is to stay open — and let the experience surprise you.

😍Want to try it?
Send us a message — we’ll help you arrange the perfect blind tasting for your group.

Wine etiquette isn’t about pretentious seriousness or fake expertise.

It’s about respect — for the winemaker’s craft, for the wine in your glass, and for the atmosphere of the place itself.

It doesn’t complicate the process — it makes it more elegant, pleasant, and aesthetic.

1️⃣First rule: Taste slowly.
Don’t rush, don’t sip it like water — let the wine reveal itself. Hold the glass in your hand, inhale its aroma, feel its texture. Wine is not about quantity, it’s about attention.

2️⃣Second: Avoid wearing strong perfume.
Aromas are the heart of wine tasting, so even the finest fragrance will work against you at a winery. Let the dominant scent of the day be wine, earth, and fresh air.

3️⃣Third: Ask questions.
Winemakers love to share. They appreciate it when people are curious about the story, the grape variety, the soil, or the challenges of the season.

4️⃣Fourth: Don’t compare it to supermarket wine.
Every wine is the result of a particular land, labor, and time. It deserves to be experienced as a unique world — not just a product on a shelf.

A winery is a space where people craft wine over many years.
It calls for presence, mindfulness, and gratitude.

When you taste wine, you’re not just tasting a drink — you’re tasting the grape variety, the landscape, the climate, and the soul of a place.

🍷Priorat
This is a region of strength. The vines grow in the mountains, on steep terraces rooted in slate soil. The sun scorches the grapes by day, and the temperatures drop sharply at night. The result — powerful, concentrated red wines with rich texture and deep flavor.
It’s like a velvet baritone in a glass.

🍷Penedès
This is a celebration. The homeland of cava — sparkling, lively, joyful. There’s plenty of sunshine, gentle hills, and vineyards bathed in light. The wines are fresh, crisp, aromatic — like an aperitif on a terrace, a toast with friends, the first sip of summer.

🍷Empordà
This is where the sea meets the mountains. The wines are like a morning breeze: elegant, balanced, with a touch of coastal salinity. The soils are sandy, the wineries — small and family-run.
It’s a story whispered, not shouted.

Each region has its own signature. And if you’ve ever thought that “all reds taste the same” — just compare a red from Priorat to one from Empordà.
We choose wineries not just for the views, but for the taste. Because every route tells a story — and we know how to share it with you through wine.

Empordà is a region between the sea and the mountains, where the wine absorbs the freshness of the sea breeze and the generosity of the land.⛰️

Here, winemakers craft red, white, and rosé wines — elegant, refined, soulful.

Small family-run wineries, sandy soils, and old stone houses create a unique atmosphere.

After a walk through the vineyards, you sit down at a table overlooking the landscape, where the sky touches the earth, and in your hands — a glass of the region’s finest wine. 🍷

You’re invited to a dinner where each dish is served as a work of art: langoustines, artichokes, cheese cream, and wine that carries the breath of the coastline.

And to unwind — a night in a boutique hotel nestled among olive trees and serenity. A place where you might just want to stay longer, because the vacation inside you isn’t over yet.

🍷

Mountains. Terraced vineyards. Ancient vines gripping the slate-rich soil.

Priorat is not about lightness — it’s about depth and character.

🍷The red wines here are dense, powerful, and full of personality.

This is the only region in Catalonia awarded the highest classification of wine quality.
A tasting in Priorat means breathing in the rugged earth, listening to the wind slide across the slopes,
and realizing that what’s in your glass is not just wine — it’s a story.

After a walk through the vineyards and a slow tasting,
you’ll enjoy a gourmet dinner: lamb, game, wild herbs, and seasonal touches — all paired beautifully with local wines.

And at night — you’ll rest at Terra Dominicata, a former monastery turned boutique hotel.
Here, silence tastes like ripe Garnacha, and morning arrives with soft light spreading over the vines.

10/10/2025

A date where the air smells of ripe grapes and sea breeze.🍇

The day begins with a drive out of the city —
to a place where vineyards stretch to the horizon,
where wine is poured not just into glasses, but into stories — of sun-warmed soil, slow time, and love for the land.

A table is set just for the two of you —
with white linens, olives, fresh bread,
and a glass of wine reflecting the sky above.

Then — a yacht.🛥️
The sea unhurried, the sun drifting across the water,
cava dancing in your glasses.
You sit close, wrapped in a soft throw,
breathing in the silence between waves.

This is what happiness sounds like.
And in the evening — dinner.🕯️
Not just a restaurant, but a place where every dish is a quiet masterpiece, where candlelight lives in crystal,
and the whole day feels like it was made just for you.
A memory like this doesn’t fade.

If you’re not looking for a plan, but a feeling —
we’ll take care of the rest.

A trip to a winery isn’t just a stroll. It’s a day that can be hot, flavorful, long, and full of experiences.

And it’s also very photogenic.
We’re always prepared to make your journey comfortable, but we still recommend bringing the following:

✔️ Comfortable shoes. 👟
Even if the location is stunning — it’s still outdoors. Trails, grass, vineyards… Heels? No. Beautiful flats, loafers, or sneakers? Yes.

✔️ A light blanket or shawl.💨
If you’re someone who gets chilly in the shade or the evening breeze, bring something to cover your shoulders. Especially if a sunset and open terrace are in the plan.

✔️ Water. 💦
Although there will be wine and snacks during the tour, a bottle of water will definitely come in handy. Also, a small snack if you’re planning just the tasting, without lunch.

✔️ A camera or fully charged phone with extra storage.
It will be incredibly beautiful. 📸
A photo with a glass of wine against the backdrop of vineyards, the sunset, the table setting, and the winemaker with a bottle — all of this you’ll want to keep.

Planning a wine tour might seem simple — “we’ll take a little trip, taste some wine.” But the small details make all the difference. Here’s what to watch out for:

1. Renting a car… and then realizing you actually came to taste wine.
You arrive at the winery — and someone in the group has to drive. That means no wine for them, or worse — sipping and stressing all the way back.
✅ Our solution: We organize a private transfer for our clients. Safe, comfortable, and you can enjoy the wine worry-free.

2. Thinking that “all wineries are the same.”
Not at all. Some are large and touristy, with scheduled group tours and little personal touch. Others are intimate and authentic — you’re greeted personally, hear the story of the winery, and often meet the owner themselves.
✅ Our solution: We’ve visited dozens of wineries to hand-pick the best for you — with great wine, personalized service, and a cozy, welcoming vibe.

3. Not booking in advance.
The best wineries — with stunning views and delicious tastings — don’t usually accept same-day visitors. They’re often private, small-scale, and fill up quickly.
✅ Our solution: We always recommend booking ahead so you get the best experience with no rush.

Want a wine day without any mistakes? We’ll take care of everything: hand-pick the route, reserve your winery, arrange the transfer and a local lunch. All you need to do is enjoy.

A wine tour as a birthday celebration means: — a beautiful nature-filled location — wine poured straight from the winery — a beautifully set table under the open sky — lunch made from fresh, local ingredients — and only your favorite people around you

Upon request, we can also: — invite live musicians to accompany your celebration among the vines — bring a photographer to capture your most memorable moments.

No stress. No rush. Just taste, stillness, and moments that will stay with you.
If you want to truly live your day — we know just the place.❤️
