It's with a very heavy, sad heart today I have to break the news that a wonderful, and very beautiful friend, Denise Connolly, known to many in Fuengirola, has left us to go to play with the Angels.
They lived for many years in Fuengirola, but returned to the UK a couple of years ago.
Her husband was part of the team in La Marmita, but joined us regularly in the bar.....

Hi Everyone.
I am afraid I have terribly sad news to share. It is so hard to know how to put this into words, and please excuse me if it is rather clumsy.
Our Richard, of Richard and Beau, sadly passed away yesterday.
He had been ill, and was admitted to hospital for the past 3 weeks. But his condition continued to deteriorate until he could no longer fight it.
Paul and I are deeply saddened, he was such a huge part of our life when we had the bar, and all our clients knew and loved him.
Thankfully we have some terrific memories and some lovely pictures.
Our deepest sympathies go out to Simon and Nick, David and Torri, and his extended family and friends.

Many of our old customers will remember our granddaughter Shannon who worked with us in the bar. She is now a mother to this gorgeous baby.

The cruise ship "Carnival Pride" sailing past the window of our wee holiday rental cottage in Hopeman which will be available for short term let's from 26th September.

Fabulous hosts for a massivly relaxing break, with excellent food.
We speak from personal experience!

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty and Simon and the effort they went to to make us feel welcome was unmatched for us. We had impeccable, top-restaurant-worthy dinners in the evenings with beautiful wine and a gorgeous view to boot.
