Restaurante asador en Fuengirola donde las piezas de carne entran enteras con su etiqueta de lote y origen.

La maduración concentra el sabor y relaja la fibra. Se nota en el veteado, y sobre todo en la grasa, que abandona el blanco y tira hacia un tono de mantequilla.

El mismo criterio para cada corte de la carta. Solo cenas, de miércoles a lunes.

The Beefeater opened in the old town in 1972 and has grilled prime beef over charcoal every night since.
Some tables are people back in Fuengirola for another season. Others found the place walking through the old town that same evening. Both end up ordering the same thing, prime cuts.
