This bright modern fully equipped studio is located only 20 metres from the beach in the newly revamped area of Carvajal on the Benalmadena/Fuengirola border, now making it the newest section of the 5 kilometre stretch of promenade & this area is quickly becoming more & more desirable. The property is located on the first floor, boasting beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, with many water sport activities and inflatable waterpark available June to September.
The studio comprises of:
Kitchen area with Breakfast bar, includes a 2 Ring Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Utensils, Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine.
The living/sleeping area which can accommodate 4 Guests, includes a TV, double bed and a double sofa bed, wardrobe, storage and seating area overlooking the sea. In addition, there is a lovely cheval full length mirror which is lockable to store jewelry, make up, passports and other valuable items.
There is a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin.
The property is complete with Iron & Ironing Board, Clothes Maiden, Hairdryer and 2 Sun chairs, perfect for a lazy day on the beach.
T.V/Wifi is free
Air-conditioning/Heating is available (optional) – cost is approx. €1 for 3 hours
There are Bars, Restaurants, 2 Minimarkets, ATM and Train/Bus services all within 2 to 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

We hope you enjoyed the videos, they did well, didn't they!!

So, we are happy to announce that thanks to everybody's generosity & involvement in our Charity day's event last Saturday, we have all managed to raise just over €4,000.00 for Age concern & Cudeca, so you can all give yourselves a pat on the back.
