Big cooking day at Jo’s Bar today… and the kitchen smells incredible.

🍝 Homemade lasagne – bubbling out of the oven and served with fresh salad and garlic bread. Proper comfort food, just how it should be.

🍋 Lemon & blueberry loaf cake – beautifully soft, made with local free-range eggs and home-grown lemons. Sweet, zesty and dangerously easy to keep eating.

Today’s buxom bake at Jo’s Bar is a proper Mississippi Mud Pie – rich chocolate filling, crumbly biscuit base, and so indulgent it should probably come with a warning label.

Served with a generous dollop of whipped cream because, frankly, if you’re going to do it… do it properly.

No tiny portions.
No diet pudding nonsense.
Just a big, unapologetically chocolatey slice of happiness.
