Broccoli with bacon in a slice of carrot with Norrel Robertson's new vintage Albariño 'Cup & Rings'.
Spinach, fresh cheese and anchovy and crumbled algae with Albariño 'Aravo' from Beira Aral.
Wokked gall d'indi in moroccan herbs with 'Alda', Merlot and Viognier from Calatayud.
Chopped and braised gall d'indi in sweet hot coconut milk curry with 'Tal com Raja' natural wine from Sophie & Axel.

Yesterday evening dinner match: grilled marinated wild north sea salmon on a bed of fresh braised spinach with 'Aphros' Ten, a new exciting low alcohol (only 10%) Portuguese white wine distributed by Malena in Catalonia.
Pale straw yellow with crisp green aromas, a touch of mint and dry nuts. Salty, creamy structure beautifully lifted up by fresh citrics. Sharp and centered with a slight bitterness in the end.
From the Aphros Wine team (aphros-wine.com), a completely new bio and dynamic project worth to follow up.
As a great cava lover I believe this elegant Loureiro variety would go perfect for a fizzy sparkling, is it not ?
