Hello everyone - I'm back in Denia today and tomorrow. But as you know I have had to return to England due to my son's illness, and due to the stress of this I've decided to close Con Alma on Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE - I AM NOT CLOSING DOWN - I AM CLOSING FOR A FEW WEEKS.
So.......
*Sunday will be the last day.
*I will return in January to do some Resets - approx Monday 8th January - after 3 Kings - And I will have an offer on for anyone purchasing a 3 day Reset. January is a time to rest the body and rejuvenate a sluggish gut after the December / New Year/ Three Kings festivities. So get your name down so you do not miss out.
A 3 day reset will make you feel like you again, but better. So please watch out for the offer.
*Also thank you to everyone who came in to Con Alma to show me support before I left for the UK at the end of October.

*I am aiming for March to reopen again, but under the circumstances I can not make definite plans.
Since I wont have any Con Alma stuff to post, I will be sharing some nutrition stuff with you to educate yourself. I may share a few recipes also. And I may do a survey to see what you want on the menu for Spring / Summer.
