Hi all, Mark speaking
The Monks has now been opened since 5 weeks and maaaaan, what an adventure it's been. I would like to thank you all for your warm welcome. It has been a lot of work but we are glad the place we ve built for you meet your expectations. I really hope we will all be able to carry the legacy of the Thirsty Monk all together and build a place where everyone can feel at home

Several months of trying various recipies. Learning about malt grains, and some hard work.
We finally have the perfect ale!

Victor is the first Romanian to perform stand-up comedy in broken English. Since 2012, he has told his jokes in front of a crowd of people in the UK, Germany, Holland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, United Arab Emirates and Romania.

In 2019 and 2020, he toured Europe with his solo stand-up comedy show called The Trouble with Being Born Romanian in over 30 cities. During the same years, he was at no. 1 in the rankings of ''Roast Battle London''. Earlier this year, Victor was a special guest on the Romanian TV show iUmor where he provoked and scared religious people throughout the country
