Right for those that have been questioning the costs and stating that I made thousands from the buses. I have spoken to my Solicitor who has stated what I can confirm to you all through this media!! Let me just say that this was never about the money! I paid €60,750 for 9 x 50 seater buses. Which works out at €135 per seat add to that €10 each for cleaning and breakages (€500 per bus and yes the company have already tried to charge me!). A further €5 per person for admin = €2250 (ie Bank charges, currency fluctuations and yes some to me as this was my only source of income from 9th May apart from 2 hours working in the bar!!). Before you ask, if the buses had returned with no breakages or cleaning required the remaining money would have been donated to charity!

To those that are genuinely interested - Fraud team dealing with investigation and getting money back from Bus Company. Also confirmation that civil and criminal proceedings instigated against Bus company and others. I have been informed by Fraud team that should take 7 - 10 working days. Criminal and civil issues different matter. Spanish Police and Scottish Police now involved as slanderous statements now being made! I have also been directed to ban and delete any such statements! I am in constant contact with Fraud Team, Police, Solicitor and Bank amongst others. I have not gone away and, believe me, there is a lot more to come! For those that don't know me - don't presume to!! As the saying goes why let the truth get in the way of a good story!! (A few have already been caught!) So please feel free to comment where you see fit because it will all come out in the end!

So for those of you who are genuinely interested in what is going on with the refund situation! After numerous interviews and form filling Proceedings to reclaim the money from the Bus Company have been instigated. For those that have been leading the charge against me if you had read the post you commented on you would have seen that my account was already blocked therefore, even if I had the thousands of pounds you think I made, I can not issue refunds! Plus I can not receive the refund from the Bus Company! So officially this is going to take at least 7 to 10 days to sort as they need to conduct investigations. I have forwarded all information to the bank including list of those who got on buses and those who didn't for whatever reasons! I will issue further update tonight. I will, and have, answer genuine requests for information, not rants and threats from people who did not even attempt to get on buses let alone those who where not even booked on buses in first place! Once again, please accept my apologies and know that I am working tirelessly to resolve this!

Contrary to the belief of some people I have not done a runner!! I have been in constant interviews and on the phone trying to sort this mess out!! I have not been able to answer messages etc because, so far, my phone has been hacked, my bank account blocked etc. Thankyou to those that have been understanding and supportive whilst I try and resolve this issue. To the rest of you that are threatening me with physical violence, being greedy, con artist etc thankyou too!!

Wow thank you for all the messages! I apologise for not being able to answer them all but I have been in meetings and discussions since this whole thing began. So let's get started then. There are now 3 official investigations into the events of the last 3 days. I will keep you all updated. For those who defended our drivers let me just say I was not on the bus (yes you are right I was in hire car and for those that are interested I did not experience the fanzone or match apart from walking through it to find buses or people!!) I based my allegations on hundreds of complaints from our passengers! I could list numerous answers, photo's and even videos that I am getting from the Bus company in trying to defend their actions! Before anyone starts yes they did video (both inside and outside bus) some passengers told them to stop and these are being looked at in great detail. Once again I do apologise for this situation and am doing everything in my power to rectify it!! The bus company are still saying they transported 468 which I know is lies 428 checked in and a lot of you left(due to length of time waiting, not enough seats etc). I am now off to further meetings in Alicante regarding this issue as it is not a minor case we are talking in excess of €60,000. This is also why I have been unable to answer messages, defend myself etc. Yes this is being taken very seriously from every angle!!

I have appointment with police and lawyer this afternoon as I am going to sue bus company for refund and compensation! Please keep sending info on drivers etc. Full investigation as to what time buses turned up yesterday, why they were in wrong place! Why 2 buses were missing, why bus company told me 9 buses left with 468 people (I had booked 450 places, 428 checked in and lots didn't get on the buses so where did 2 buses go and where did extra people come from!!). Why did they send 3 buses back to collect 12 people, Why were buses not at designated pickup point this morning, why they drove off and left people standing (again) when they were told to check arm bands!! Why did drivers try to charge me extra €300 each for leaving at 1.30 am Please give me more info ie why did drivers have 45 min breaks changing over etc etc The police are very interested in this!!

Guys 4 buses to Gran Plaza for those at Ramon Sanchez stadium doesn't matter which one you get on just please ensure you have coloured wristband of some colour - bus driver not to let anyone on without 1. 5 buses from La Cartuja with coloured wristbands please (pm if problem) I will be at La Cartuja coachpark! For those that have children, mobility issues get taxi to Gran Plaza from Ramon Sánchez keep receipt and I will reimburse you! Buses have been delayed to 1.30 am

Guys just checking where the buses are AGAIN!! However they will not be leaving before 1.30 am unless they full with only people with coloured bracelets!! I am getting the Registration numbers for all the buses as well x What's the score?? I am sat at carpark with policia!!
