For the last two years, Mysteries of the Universe has been much more than a menu.
It became the space where we consolidated our way of researching, creating, and understanding the cocktail experience.

Tomorrow, we turn the page.
After a long process of research and development, OLTRE arrives. A menu built on technique, creativity, and the curiosity to explore territories that, at first glance, may seem far removed from cocktail culture. Concepts born from dreams, perception, philosophy, and imagination that, thanks to the work of the entire team, find their final form.
