To all our clubbers:
Due to the health crisis caused by Covid-19 and to the recent measures announced by the government, we’ve been forced to cancel all 2020 May, June("AND JULY") events. Now, more than ever, we must ensure the safety and health of us all.
Our Customer Service Department will e-mail all the clients affected by the cancellation to inform you of the options that you have and to solve any doubts you may have in this regard.
We will dance together again, soon.

FAQ
Will the rest of events still take place after July 1st?
- Currently, the rest events continue their normal schedule after July 1st. We continue working while awaiting updates related to the state of emergency declared by the government and next steps to be taken by all of us.
In case any of the events were affected by the situation or there were transport restrictions that prevented the entry to that event, clients who’ve purchased ticket for those events will be able to change them for another date or ask for a refund.
I’ve also purchased a drink package, can I change it or have ir refunded?
- Of course. All purchases related to events affected by this situation or by transport restrictions that prevented the entry to the event will be changed or refunded.
Can I exchange my ticket for another date?
- Of course you can! We wouldn’t want you to miss a party. You may exchange it for an open date ticket, which allows you to access any 2020 or 2021 event.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
- In case of flight restrictions, cancellations or changes that prevent you from attending an event, Boris Club undertakes to change or refund the full amount of your purchase.
How can I change my ticket or ask for a refund?
- If your event has been cancelled, you’ll receive an e-mail from [email protected] with the instructions.
