The Barcelona Improv Festival was started in 2013 as The BIG IF (Barcelona Improv Group International Festival). In 2021, the festival separated from BIG with a new name but the same mission, connecting Barcelona's improv community to the world. The festival director is Noah Levin, and you can learn more

Our Story

This November, improvisers from around the world will descend on Barcelona for 4 nights of unscripted fun. Audiences will see a wide variety of improv styles and be wowed by an array of amazing teams. Come be a part of the worldwide community of improvisers as you watch, participate, and learn.
