Board’s down. Good product, no fuss.

🍖 León chorizo, oak-smoked from free-range pigs in Alto Bernesga — deep, steady, gently spicy.
Artisan lomo & salchichón — mountain-raised pork, slow-cured, clean aroma, tender bite.

🧀 Gorgonzola D.O.P — creamy, blue-green veined, bold yet smooth.
24M Comté from Jura — complex, nutty, those little crystals melting slow.
Payoya semi-cured goat — soft, milky, hints of nuts and fresh acidity.

Slice, serve, share.
