CRATE DIGGERS #002: Discos Paradiso (Barcelona)

Spent some time digging through the shelves at and came across four gems that had to come home with us:

💿 Main Phase, Talons - Attenuation EP
💿 Frankie Knuckles, Satoshi Tomiie & Robert Owens - Tears
💿 Wink - Higher State of Consciousness
💿 Mr. White - The Sun Can’t Compare

Four records, different sounds, the same reason we keep digging. Timeless music that continues to inspire everything we do at RFDC.

Which one is your favourite? Where should we go next?

“Heavy on My Mind” marks 𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗢 🌻’s first release on RFDC, bringing together two original tracks and a remix by ALOT.

Built around warm Rhodes tones, electric pianos and soulful harmonies, the EP explores a deep and timeless side of house music. Toribio’s productions move through subtle grooves, rich textures and carefully crafted arrangements, creating an intimate atmosphere that feels equally at home on the dancefloor or in a late-night listening session.

For the remix, Argentine producer ALOT takes “Heavy on My Mind” into a more club-oriented territory, adding his signature approach to groove and rhythm while preserving the soulful, deep character of the original. The result is a driving reinterpretation that brings extra energy to the floor without losing the warmth and musicality at the heart of the EP.

Out now on Bandcamp, Beatport & all DSPs. Link in bio.
