To everybody that came to Copa's today, thank you for once again making it a very special day. Thank you for all my gifts and cards and all your kind words. I feel very overwhelmed and certainly very special. When I took on the unique bar it was sad and uninviting but I knew it had so much potential. Knowing that, it has been turned around and as Copa’s bar it is now on the map as a place to be. To all the acts that have performed at Copa's you have been brilliant to work with. To my staff, liz, Karen, Jane, Vicky, Irene, lucas and Hannah, I couldn't have done it without you. But most of all to my customers, you turned out for us week after week and kept us going and helped build the Copa's name. I can not thank you enough. Its been a hard year but I wouldn't have missed it for the world. What a ride. Thank you. xx

Mally will be in copa's bar tonight as he would like to share the charity money out before the bar closes. He will also be bringing the box. Copa's will be having a book there for everyone to sign and leave a telephone number as a track and trace for your own protection.
