La Piña Colada 🍹 con su vasito de piña y la crema de coco asomando.
El Mojito de Fresa con el rojo de la fruta colándose entre la hierbabuena.

Y la mejor forma de hacerlo es con un batido bien frío o un smoothie tropical que llega a la mesa y ya solo de verlo refresca.
Pistacho. Oreo. Chocolate. Vainilla.

O si prefieres fruta: mora con fresa y açaí, mango con pera, piña con papaya…
El calor no sabe lo que le viene encima.

El Aperol es la estrella del buen tiempo. Lo sabemos ☀️🧡.
Ese naranja encendido, el hielo, las burbujas… hay algo en un Aperol Spritz que hace que cualquier tarde parezca mejor de lo que era.
Pero si el Aperol no es lo tuyo, no pasa nada.
Siempre nos quedará la Piña Colada.

A veces es un cóctel con amigos que nadie había planeado. A veces es una comida improvisada que acaba siendo la mejor del mes. A veces es una cena en pareja que empieza a las nueve y termina cuando termina.
La Plaza es ese sitio que encaja en todos esos planes. Y en los que todavía no tienes.

El picoteo bien hecho no se improvisa 🫒.
Una ensaladilla "La Plaza" que no deja indiferente a nadie. Un Club Sandwich 🥪 que llega a la mesa y hace que todo el mundo quiera pedir el suyo. Sin prisa, sin complicaciones, con ese ambiente que invita a quedarse un rato más.
Eso es lo que pasa en La Plaza cuando dices "pedimos algo para picar".

Unos llegan a La Plaza y piden una caña bien fría. Sin dudarlo. Sin mirar la carta. Una caña y a vivir.
Otros echan un vistazo, ven el mojito y ya no hay vuelta atrás. Ron, lima, hierbabuena, hielo… y ese tarro que llega a la mesa y hace que todos los demás miren.
