Its quiz night at El Toro - The Bull this evening and we are almost fully booked up! If you would like a table reserved then let us know ASAP.

With wine to win on our bonus question, a picture round, a rollover question and 2 rounds of general knowledge set by our quizmaster Eamon it promises to be a great night!

Its only €1 per person entry and a maximum of 5 people per team with the quiz starting at 7.15pm.

A reminder also that the kitchen is closed during the evenings now.

Tomorrow is a new start for El Toro - The Bull with Frank Armando Perez Aguayo finally taking over the bar.

Yesterday, saw a CF Almoradí 4-1 victory at home in the first leg of the promotion play-off off.

The match was enjoyed by staff and customers from El Toro in what was a packed stadium.

Next week they travel to Castellón to hopefully another victory and promotion.

Having run El Toro since late 2024 it's now time to hand over the baton and today is our very last day as owners of this fantastic bar.

For the last 6 months there has been only one person in our minds who we wanted to take over El Toro and thankfully everything has come together perfectly so that as from Tuesday, 2nd June Frank and Belinda will be the new owners ably assisted by Baby Sol.

El Toro has given us memories we will cherish for ever, from being our local bar of choice to owning it and now going back to the bar being 'our local' again.

To every single person who has ever stepped through our doors we would like to say a massive thank you. You were never ''just customers', you became our friends, and you filled the bar with life and created memories that we will always cherish.

Its Market Day here in Almoradí and we have our full breakfast menu available from 10am until 2pm as well as our Market Day special of a hot butty & tea/coffee for €4.70.

We also have our carrot & walnut cake offer, tostadas, sandwiches, baguettes and our large range of hot and cold drinks.
