Love when Facebook askes ' Whats on your mind'
Today Mr Facebook, my mind is in anticipation of the bad review that we are have been promised becouse one of our staff refused someone a drink at 5pm for being intoxicated (from other bars!) I happened to be in the bar early as was dealing with other things at the end of our bar, His mate, who is an existing holiday customer asked me if he could get his mate a drink. Never one to undermine our staff I said its upto our staff as they made the decision in the 1st place. During which time their language was terrible, with women in the bar its not acceptable but when his mate was again refused said customers all started to shout and swear in the bar but when asked to calm the language a bit, I could not believe my ears when he proceeded to tell me ´its a bar and he can swear if he wants´ The best part was the wife spouting in my ear about having been customers for years and having gotten married here a few years ago.....does she think we did not know who they are?
Quite clearly, No Respect for Our Staff, Us, or the other customers who were enjoying their afternoon pint of 2.
PS: Place 2B is quite clearly the Place 2B becouse they had the ordacity to stay and finish their drinks!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks to the staff for dealing with it in your usual, professional way, even I managed to keep my cool too!!
