Meie leib on naturaalne ning valmistatud rukkijahust, juuretisest, veest, soolast, suhkrust, päevalilleseemnetest ja kaerahelvestest. Oleme seda valmistanud sama retsepti järgi juba 2009. aastast.

Over the years, MEKK’s rye bread has become a true symbol of the restaurant and a much-loved favourite among our guests. 🤎
Our bread is naturally made with rye flour, sourdough starter, water, salt, sugar, sunflower seeds and oats. We have been following the same recipe since 2009.

Taldrikult leiab kuumsuitsu angerja, vürtiskilutartari, külmsuitsulõhe tartari ning õrnsoolatud siia tillikurgiga. Kõrvale serveerime röstitud brioche’i ja lisandeid, mis seovad kõik maitsed tervikuks.

Ja nagu head toidud ikka, neid on kõige parem nautida koos. 💛

🐟 Our Chef’s Fish Platter brings together flavours that have become favourites over the years.

Expect hot-smoked eel, spiced sprat tartare, cold-smoked salmon tartare, and lightly cured whitefish with dill cucumber. Served with toasted brioche and accompaniments that tie every flavour together.

And like all good food, it tastes even better when shared. 💛
