We’re getting busier week by week – and with both Hjørnet and Siemsens Gaard running, we’re looking for experienced team players.
We’re hiring: – An experienced sous-chef for the kitchen at and a experienced host with a strong interest in grower wines and a sharp sense for team-driven, thoughtful service.
Both positions are full-time with accomodation, overtime pay and a seasonal bonus.
We’re a small, dedicated team – many of us have been here since day one.
We work with the seasons, local produce, and solid craftsmanship – both in the bistro at Hjørnet and at Siemsens Gaard.
The pace is high, but the atmosphere is good.
We care about the details, the guests – and each other.
