Loonástra (she/they) is a Ukrainian-born, Denmark-based DJ rooted in the rebellious spirit of underground culture. Her sound merges the hypnotic drive of Detroit techno, the raw industrial energy of Berlin, and and Ukraine’s uncompromising Sound of Resistance.
Her selections span hard and groovy techno to trance, channeling the raw, untamed energy that birthed the rave scene itself — but with a twist. Years of being chronically online have shaped her musical palette: expect unexpected edits, internet-era soundscapes, and moments of pure fun woven into the hypnosis. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, but she takes the floor seriously.
For Loonástra, raving is more than partying — it’s a spiritual practice, a modern-day tribal gathering where sound becomes a force of healing. A hypnotic ritual where music dissolves barriers and movement becomes therapy. Inspired by the origins of rave as a space for resistance and unity, she crafts sets that invite dancers to shed their burdens, connect through rhythm, and rediscover freedom on the floor.
As co-founder of Eternity.Rave, a visual artist, and an events producer, she curates immersive experiences that go beyond sound, shaping atmospheres that honor the deep, primal roots of rave culture — with a wink to the weird, wonderful corners of the internet that raised her.
