Det er kæmpestort, at Kolding er på plakaten!
Vi er uhyre stolte over, at vi er lykkedes med at lokke Aaron Parks og hans Little Big fra the Big Apple til Kolding. For de er i en liga for sig!
Andre musikere fra ind- og udland, som vi det seneste års tid har haft på besøg i Jazz6000, er enige om: Det er et kæmpe scoop!
Det gælder også for Zinssou Quartet, der i 2025 vandt Jazzkonkurrencen. De giver denne aften en warm-up-koncert for deres store idol, Aaron Parks.

Little Big is back in Europe next month. We’ve been looking forward to this run for a long time.
We’re going to be working out new music over the course of this tour, culminating with recording our fourth album at the end of it.
There are so many places on this itinerary I’m excited about playing. I’m particularly happy to be at New Morning in Paris for the first time with this band. If you wanna come to that one, grab your tickets soon — it would mean a great deal to us to have that room full, and would go a long way toward us being able to play France more regularly.
The world is insane right now. Everything feels incredibly precarious and it would be disingenuous to pretend otherwise. But assuming the planes are flying and the trains are running, we will be there.
