Tonight I opened a bottle of Valpolicella Classico Superiore from Antolini – a wine I’ve had the pleasure of importing for many years, and one that always reminds me why my collaboration with Pier Paolo and his family means so much to me.
This vintage is yet another example of the craftsmanship, honesty, and passion that define Antolini.
Nothing unnecessary. Nothing polished to please.
Just pure Valpolicella soul:
• Fresh, youthful fruit that still sings
• A beautiful balance of acidity and ripe tannins
• Deep cherry notes with a touch of spice
• And above all: the true taste of a family craft born in Marano di Valpolicella
Every time I taste your wines, I’m reminded of the many years we’ve worked together, the great conversations in the cellar, the long walks in the vineyards – and of the friendship behind every bottle.
It is truly a pleasure to work with you.
